David Halter, General Manager, literally grew up in the business. As the owner's son, David learned every aspect of the business from an early age working summers, after school, and weekends. In addition, David holds multiple trade certifications from every area of the business and participates in on-going training to remain abreast of industry developments.

Office Manager

Angela is Ferdinand Halter's oldest daughter. She joined the team in 1999 and now holds the position of Office Manager. In addition to general accounting and reception duties, she serves as the company's human resources and employee benefits officer.

Auto Body Technician

Kelley joined Halter's in 2002, and is approaching 20 years' experience in auto body repair industry. Kelley's long employment history with Halter's provides valuable experience and stability for our body shop team.

Auto Body Technician

Adrian began his professional career when he joined the Halter team in 2013. Even as one of the newest full-time additions to our team, Adrian is no "newbie." With a degree from UACCM and over 5 years on staff, Adrian, alongside the rest of our team, has logged countless hours in continued training and has been awarded multiple industry certifications.

Production Manager

Chris joined our team in 2012 with 10 years' experience in the industry. He started his career in 2002, and continues regular training with the rest of our team for appropriate industry certifications. Our painters hone their craft into an artform.

Assistant Shop Manager

Nate joined Halter's in 2001, but began his career as a paint technician in 1998. For a short period of time in 2012, Nate took a chance on a different career path, missed us so much, he had to come back just 10 months later. As with all our certified technicians, Nate holds many industry credentials, certifications and regularly participates in on-going training. In 2021, Nate was promoted to oversee production, assisting in the oversight of workflow throughout the shop, aiding both management and employees so everyone has what they need to get the job done in the most efficient manner.

Detail / Quality 

Chris brought with him nearly 20 years' experience in auto detailing when he joined our team. He began his career in 1993 while still in high school, then joined an automotive dealership before becoming a part of Halter's in 2012. While we don't perform full detail on the cars we repair, we like to do a little more than "knock the dust" off. In addition to basic cleanup, Chris helps with some of the final touches before they are approved for pickup.

Receptionist / Office Assistant

Alli brings over 14 years of automotive industry experience to Halters Auto Body Shop. Prior to joining our team in 2025, she built a successful career at NAPA Auto Parts, where she advanced to the role of store Assistant manager through dedication, leadership, and in-depth product knowledge. Her background in parts and customer service provides a strong foundation for supporting efficient, high-quality repairs and ensuring an excellent customer experience at Halters.

Paint Tech

With a career in the auto body paint industry dating back to 1997, Brandon brings nearly three decades of hands-on experience and craftsmanship to Halters Auto Body Shop. Since joining the team in November of last year, Brandon has become a valuable asset, offering a deep understanding of refinishing techniques, color matching, and high-quality repair standards. Brandon's long-standing commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensures that every vehicle is returned to customers with a showroom-quality finish.

Paint Tech

Brent works full time in the paint shop and he takes pride in prepping parts properly for painting to insure the best outcome. Brent knows the value of what he does. He understands if parts are not prepped well, they don't paint well. Brent was first hired in 2016, and we're pleased his years here add to the longevity and stability of our staff.
